Biography
Todd Graves is dedicated to helping individuals and couples find healing and lasting change through life’s most difficult challenges. With over two decades of experience as a therapist, Todd has worked with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, addiction, and parenting.
His professional journey has given him a deep understanding of both individual and relational healing. Todd spent seven years in a residential treatment program working with adolescents ages 13–17, supporting those facing challenges such as ADHD, Asperger’s Disorder, and substance use disorders. He later expanded his work at LifeSTAR of St. George, where he specialized in helping individuals and couples impacted by pornography use and sexual addiction, guiding them toward rebuilding trust and connection.
Todd is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach for treating trauma and PTSD. He has extensive experience working with trauma across a broad spectrum, including sexual and physical abuse and assault, betrayal trauma, spiritual abuse, relational trauma, and combat or first-responder-related experiences.
His areas of focus include PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and recovery from pornography and sexual addiction, as well as other impulsive and compulsive behaviors. Todd is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow.
