Kyla is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern who works from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) perspective, supporting individuals, couples, and families in creating stronger and more secure emotional connections. She approaches therapy with the belief that emotions are at the heart of how we connect with others, and that healing often begins when those emotions are understood, experienced, and shared in a safe relationship.

Todd Graves is dedicated to helping individuals and couples find healing and lasting change through life’s most difficult challenges. With over two decades of experience as a therapist, Todd has worked with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, addiction, and parenting.

Meet Sterling Downer, a compassionate and dedicated therapist who specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Drawing from a personal well of experience that includes her parents’ divorce, personal therapy, and challenges with mental health within her family, Morgan Myers has unraveled a passionate purpose in the field of therapy.

Jaisha Evans is a compassionate and understanding therapist with a warm and empathetic approach to counseling.

Anthony comes from a diverse professional background, having served in various roles, including the military, before discovering his true calling, therapy.

Therapy Dog

Meet Bowlby, our in-house therapy dog! Bowlby is a chocolate Goldendoodle, and is owned by David and his family.  He is in the office most days.  His job is to greet clients with his signature “smile” (we promise, he’s not showing his teeth in aggression!), and in session, to give clients a comforting presence.

David Jones is committed to assisting families and strengthening marriages. Growing up with divorced parents, including coping with a father battling with and recovering from alcoholism, cemented his interest in helping couples and families navigate difficulties.
