Biography
Rooted in the belief that while we cannot choose the challenges we face or the traumas we inherit, we can choose how we respond. Tish is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families heal attachment injuries, break negative intergenerational patterns, and write their next chapter. Her approach moves beyond symptoms to get to the heart of distress, cultivating lasting change and resilience.
Tish brings genuine, informed empathy to her work, drawing from her personal journey as a wife and mother managing autoimmune conditions and working through intergenerational trauma. Understanding the deep link between emotional and physical well-being, she offers a holistic approach that pairs attachment-focused therapy with practical tools for nervous system regulation, supporting clients through relational stress, trauma, and health challenges.
Practicing under the clinical supervision of David Jones, LMFT, Tish draws primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and research-backed attachment principles. She provides a safe, collaborative space grounded in unconditional positive regard. Warm, authentic, and clinically grounded, Tish trusts her clients’ innate ability to heal and build secure, thriving relationships.
